We are looking for someone to retain and expand existing seller partners on Orange Selected, including restaurants, suppliers and retailers, etc.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for seller recruitment including identifying high-value sellers and business opportunities, developing and presenting strategies to approach and lock down high-quality sellers to partner with the platform.
- Manage and maintain a mutually beneficial relationship with existing sellers on the platform, including regular visits, meetings, or phone calls with sellers within your region
- Monitor Seller’s operational efficiency and interface with multiple cross-functional teams in creating compelling solutions that meet and exceed sellers’ needs.
- Develop yourself into an expert in the e-commerce industry and identify valuable and critical insights that would be beneficial to the operation of Orange Selected or the development of the company image.
- Have the ability to process critical data, including user and seller data, market and industry trends. And be able to react quickly to massive data.
Requirements
- Have had relevant experience with business negotiations, B2B/B2C sales, online sales, international trading, or advertising.
- Have an entrepreneurial spirit with a competitive drive to win and are comfortable working in a scaling startup environment and adapt quickly
- Eager to learn and have strong verbal and written communication skill
- Responsible and value collaboration in a team-oriented environment
- Enjoy hands-on solving seller pain points effectively instead of waiting for others.
