Distribution Development Manager

Responsibilities

• Responsible for distribution team and service team recruitment including employee training and management. 
• Develop constructive marketing strategies, approach and lock down potential customers with effective presentations of our products
• Manage account security; Have the ability to analyze and monitor user and revenue data, while reacting quickly to any potential changes.
• Develop yourself into an expert in the e-commerce industry and identify valuable and critical insights that would be beneficial to the operation of Orange Selected, including unique marketing strategies and budget management, or the development of company image.

Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant sales and distribution experiences; Eager to learn and have strong verbal and written communication skill
• BA/BS degree
• Responsible and value collaboration in a team-oriented environment.
• Sensitive to the market and enjoy hands-on solving problems effectively instead of waiting for others; can successfully navigate through fast-paced and high-intensity environment dealing
• Have an entrepreneurial spirit with a competitive drive to win and are comfortable working in a scaling startup environment and adapt quickly
