How to use discount code

In the checkout process, before you make a payment, put in DISCOUNT CODE or GIFT CARD, and click APPLY, a final price will be shown on it, then finish your payment process.

How to return

If you want to return an item purchased on UUNIQ.SHOP, you have 30 days from the shipping confirmation date of your order to do so free of charge. The items should have all tickets attached and be in perfect condition.

Click RETURNCENTER, follow the processes, putting all the information, and the return request will be reviewed. After the approval, you need to send the items as soon as possible, and fill in the logistics information. When the items have been received, we will return the corresponding price to your account in few workdays.  

Click My Order to check the return processing, including Track Shipment.

For finding order number:

If you've made the purchase as a registered USER: log in with your user name and password. Click My order will find an Order Number.

If you have made your purchase as a Guest: you could find the Order Number from any of the emails we've sent you regarding your order, especially the Order Confirmation Email.

How to track

If you've made the purchase as a registered USER: Click Tracking or to check in My Order，following step is click the order number or Fulfilled Status to go to the Tracking details page. Then,enter the order details page to view the logistics information, you might need to choose a specific local logistics express company from the list.
