Where is my order?

Please log in and go to Personal Account Page to find your exist orders.

 

What countries do you ship to?

Continental the United States ,the United Kingdom and Canada.

 

When will my order arrive?

Most of our orders are shipped within 2 business days of purchase from the date of shipping, pending availability and credit verification. Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 8-10 business days of its ship date.

Affected by Covid-19, there will be some delay on the delivery.

 

Do you ship to PO boxes?

We ship to PO boxes, military APO, FPO and DPO destinations. Please select the PO Box checkbox in the Address section during checkout.

 

How much does shipping cost?

Only charge $4.99 shipping fee of each order,free shipping for the order over $60。

During current promotion, we offer free shipping for all orders! Additional time-limited promotion will be found here. 

 

How to track?

Going to the Tracking in the bottom navigation,Enter your email address and order number to track your order.

For finding order number:

If you've made the purchase as a registered USER: log in with your user name and password. Go to Personal Account page to find an Order Number.

If you have made your purchase as a Guest: you could find the Order Number from any of the emails we've sent you regarding your order, especially the Order Confirmation Email.

 

Will I get charged for return shipping?

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.We provide free return only during promotion.Additional time-limited promotion will be found here.

 

How to return?

If you want to return an item purchased on UUNIQ.SHOP, you have 30 days from the shipping confirmation date of your order to do so free of charge. The items should have all tickets attached and be in perfect condition.

Click RETURNS in the bottom navigation, follow the processes, putting all the information, and the return request will be reviewed. After the approval, you need to send the items as soon as possible, and fill in the logistics information. When the items have been received, we will return the corresponding price to your account in few workdays.

When will I get refund?

Once we receive your item,we will inspects it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved,we will initiate a refund to your credit card(or original method of payment).You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days,depending on your card issuer’s policies.

 

How do I make an exchange?

Just return the old order and choose the reason that you want to make an exchange in returns page, then make your new order.

 

How to use discount code?

In the checkout process, before you make a payment, put in DISCOUNT CODE or GIFT CARD, and click APPLY, a final price will be shown on it, then finish your payment process.

 

Can I use more than one Promo Code on an order?

Our system is set up so that we can only apply one Promo Code per order. If you have any coupons with future expiration dates, make sure to save them for use on your next order!
